Overage Billing
If your active member count exceeds your selected plan, we don't block your service. We charge a simple flat rate:
Example Calculation:
- • Growth Plan includes 300 members
- • Actual active members = 340 members
- • Additional charge = 40 overage members × ₹2 = ₹80

Pricing & Billing FAQs
An active member is any customer registered in your system who currently holds a non-expired membership plan, or has logged attendance in the current billing cycle. Expired or paused members are not counted toward your active plan limits.
If your active member count exceeds your selected plan tier at any point during the billing cycle, you are charged a small overage fee of ₹2 per additional member. This is calculated automatically and added to your next invoice. No service interruptions occur when you exceed your limit.
For the first 3 months from signup, the Gymny Gym Management Platform is 100% FREE. You only pay for WhatsApp notification slabs if your active members exceed 200 members (which is also free under 200 members).
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Direct Bank Transfer, and secure online payments via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking).
Yes! You can scale your plan up or down instantly from your dashboard settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the pricing will be prorated. Downgrades will take effect from the start of the next billing cycle.
